The Project
This was a project which was commissioned by the land Transport Authority of Singapore. The idea was to develop a one stop solution for all transport related portals on the mobile platform. The project was to create a cross mobile platform which included all major mobile OS for providing information about all forms of land transport to the public.
The Challenge
The project required solid knowledge of mobile solutions over all the present OS available for mobile devices. The skills set required included HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UI, web development, etc. Some of our team members had already worked on the design and architecture of the LTA web platform, hence we had the insider knowledge of how to complete the project.
The Solution
The platform we developed collated and collected all the various apps that are available on the net on any platform offering any service related to the land Transport system of Singapore. So whether it is an application that provides the bus timing or one that gives live traffic updates, they are all collected under one umbrella platform to make it easy for the commuters and public in Singapore to find and use them.
